20:30 Station-145 was activated for a Residential Fire Alarm at 271 Lincoln Hall Rd. in Central. Engine-145 responded and was canceled en route by Command-147 due to false activation.
23:20 Station-145 was activated for a Residential Fire Alarm at 308 Mohawk Dr., Mt. Vernon. Chief-145 responded directly into the scene and found a false activation. All units were cleared per Chief.

23:14 Station-145 was activated for a report of smoke in a structure at 2326 Surry Lane - Mount Vernon Apartments. Engine-145 and ESU-145 responded and stood by at the hydrant. Problem was found to be defective motor in a furnace and all units were cleared by command.

At 17:01 Station 145 was alerted for a reported bathroom fire on Blythedale Road. Engine 143 was the first unit on scene and reported nothing showing from the exterior. It was found that the fire had burned itself out and all units were cleared.

08:04 Station-145 was activated for a Carbon Monoxide alarm in a residence at 428 Fredrick Lane in Mt. Vernon. Engine-145 and ESU-145 responded and checked the structure with detection meters. No dangerous levels were detected but faulty batteries were discovered in the monitor.
