12:53 Station-145 was activated for add-on to a Motor Vehicle Accident, vehicle into a lake, on Rock Run Rd. at the entrance to Butler's Golf Course. Squad-145 and Boat-145 were requested to assist with patient extrication.

17:26 Station-145 was activated for a Motor Vehicle Accident, vehicle into a pole, at 140 Mt. Vernon Dr. Engine-145 responded with 3 to the scene. EMS arrived on scene and stated that it was a single vehicle into a pole with 2 patients out of the vehicle, checking for injuries.

13:32 Station-145 was activated for a reported Kitchen Fire at 112 Howell St. in Elizabeth Township. Assistant Chief-147 arrived on scene with command. Assistant-147 declared the fire out and held the incident to Engine-143 (Blythedale) and Truck-147 (Central).

18:19 Station-145 was activated for a possible Structure Fire in the area of Rock Run Rd. and Williamsburg Dr. in Elizabeth Township. Chief-144 arrived and reported it to be a controlled burn / bonfire outside the residence and requested the Elizabeth Township Police to the scene.

17:02 Station-145 was activated for a reported flooded basement at 201 McCorkle Court in Elizabeth Township. Squad-145 responded with 4 to the scene and pumped out the basement of the residence while the water company arrived and shut down the water line to the house.

19:55 Station-145 was activated for a reported Chimney Fire at 840 Pierce Rd. in Elizabeth Township. Engine-145 responded with 6 to the scene. Upon arrival, Chief-145 and Captain-145 set up the PPV fan and were then held in staging along with the rest of the 145 personnel.

19:36 Station-145 was activated for a Carbon Monoxide Alarm at 110 Narragansett Dr. in Elizabeth Township. Engine-145 responded to the scene with 5. Crews from 145 and 144 (Greenock) checked the home for CO levels and found no dangerous levels.

20:30 Station-145 was activated for a reported kitchen fire at 5927 Rosyln St. in Elizabeth Township. Elizabeth Township EMS and Police arrived on scene and declared the fire out. Engine-145 was held in station and eventually cleared by Rescue-144.

15:06 145-Station was activated for a Commercial Fire Alarm at Mt. Vernon Elementary School. Alarm company then provided proper code to County 911 and requested all units cleared.
20:00 145-ESU was activated for a possible Residential Structure Fire at Bunola River Rd. and Elkhorn Dr. in Forward Township. Forward Township Command then canceled all units after discovery of a controlled burn.

14:20 145-Station was activated for a reported Smell of Natural Gas at the intersection of Greenock-Buena Vista Rd. and Duncan Station Rd. in Elizabeth Township (Mt. Vernon). Utility crews working in the area discovered a leak in the gas line while working on the road.

16:52 145-Station was activated for a Unknown Type Fire in the woods in the area of Broadlawn Dr. and Greenock-Buena Vista Rd. in Elizabeth Township. After an extensive investigation of the area, nothing was found.

18:51 145-Station was activated for a possible Stove Malfunction at 215 Mohawk Dr. in Elizabeth Township (Mt. Vernon). 145-Engineer responded directly to scene and found it to be a faulty knob on the stove and deemed it non-emergency and resolved the issue for the home owner.
